Returns

Each Hey Lenny piece is handmade by me and as with all handmade ceramics, slight variations in size, glaze and colour are to be expected. No two pieces are exactly alike, which is part of the charm of owning something unique.

Please take a moment to read product descriptions carefully, as I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Every piece is thoroughly inspected and tested before it leaves the studio and is carefully packaged for delivery. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any ceramics that are damaged after use, so please handle your pieces with care. Ceramics are fragile, so avoid knocking or dropping them.

To keep your ceramics in top condition, I recommend hand washing them rather than using a dishwasher and be cautious of rapid temperature changes, as this can cause thermal shock and damage your piece.

Damage during transit:

In the event that your piece/s arrive damaged or broken please contact me at hello@heylenny.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic proof of the item and the packaging (photos are needed for insurance claims). I will be happy to replace your piece if an alternative is available, provide store credit or refund your purchase in full.

Seconds and samples:

All seconds and sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Every now and then, a limited selection of seconds will be made available to shop through the website — these pieces may have small imperfections, but are still fully functional and just as loved. Keep an eye out for updates via the shop or Instagram.
