Returns & Exchanges

Every Hey Lenny piece is handmade by me and whilst I ensure to give as much information as possible, variations in size, glaze and colour are inevitable. No two pieces are exactly the same, which is part of the joy in handmade and ceramics. 

Please read the product descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. All pieces are checked and tested before leaving the studio and are carefully packaged for delivery. Returns or exchanges will also not be accepted for ceramics damaged after use. Please take care not to knock or drop your piece. Ceramics are fragile and need to be handled with care. I recommend hand washing (instead of putting them in the dishwasher) and avoid rapidly heating or cooling your piece which will result in thermal shock.

Damage during transit

In the event that your piece/s arrive damaged or broken please contact me at hello@heylenny.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic proof of the item and the packaging (photos are needed for insurance claims). I will be happy to replace your piece if an alternative is available, provide store credit or refund your purchase in full.

Seconds and samples

All seconds and sample sale items are final as are all custom orders.
